The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Los Pinos Center is looking to update their food serving line. The project consists of light demolition, electrical, and drywall. Flooring and installation of kitchen serving equipment is included - below is a further outline: 1. Remove approximately nineteen (19) lineal feet of an existing 2x 4 wood framed wall and subsequential plexiglass windows. 2. Remove approximately five (5) lineal feet of an existing 2x 4 wood framed wall and subsequential plexiglass window and re-frame, drywall, and finish to match existing wall finishes. 3. Drywall/texture an existing header (as needed) to return the wall to a finished condition matching the existing wall finish. 4. Relocate and/or terminate existing electrical outlets. Exact locations will be specified at the bid walk. 5. Install floor tile and transition strip as needed to return the flooring to a finished condition. 6. Re-install existing stainless steel serving table. 7. Install new cold pan table, and sneeze guards. See Attachment A and B for specifications. The exact size of the new serving equipment will be based on new onsite conditions which utilize the new space in the most efficient manner. Exact sizes will be specified at the bid walk.
