Renovation of a multi-residential development in Columbus, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Architectural Services Project Description: The Housing Authority of Columbus Georgia, in anticipation of receiving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority (GHFA) and the conversion of Warren Williams/Rivers Homes to RAD, is soliciting PROPOSALS for architectural services from qualified architectural firms. Services will include but are not limited to typical Architectural Services pertaining to assessment, design, planning and substantial rehabilitation of 184 units of public housing located at 1200 Warren Williams Road and 1050 Adair Avenue, Columbus, Georgia, as part of a RAD conversion/LIHTC project. This project is utilizing LIHTC, and HUD funding and the selected firm will need to provide services that satisfy all LIHTC and HUD program requirements. How to Obtain a copy of the RFP: Scope of Work and further information concerning the RFP may be obtained beginning July 5, 2022, from the HACG's website under the Do Business tab. Any questions or further information concerning this RFP may be submitted to rcmiles@columbushousing.org. Only written questions submitted to this email shall be considered official. All answers to questions shall be by formal addenda posted to the website under RFP #2023-701. The HACG reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals.
