Per Civil Engineer, this project has been pulled due to non-compliance of the bid process - Project will be re-advertised at a later date! MORRIS TOWNSHIP, WASHINGTON COUNTY The Walking Trail Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver and place a compacted 2 layer of HMA Superpave 9.5 mm pavement overlay and 6 layer of PennDOT 2A Subbase Material on a waking trail and two ADA parking spaces within the Morris Township Community Park in Prosperity, PA. All other items will be completed by the Township and are not included in this bid. The bid envelope must be clearly marked DCNR Walking Trail Grant Project . Morris Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the DCNR Walking Trail Grant Project of the project exceeds $25,000. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
