The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), licenses, certifications and/or permits, and bond(s) necessary to provide cleaning, removal, transport and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM), Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) and Asbestos Containing Construction Material (ACCM), Lead-Based Paint (LBP), Lead-Containing Paint (LCP), and Mold Contaminated Containing Materials (MCCM) services specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), at the following Institution: California Institution for Women (CIW) 16756 Chino-Corona Road Corona, CA 92878 The Contractor shall be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Institution. Work shall include, but not be limited to, floor tiles and mastic, roofing materials, thermal insulation, fireproofing, ceiling coatings and textures, wall interior and exterior surfaces, plumbing fixtures, windowsills and frames, doors and frames, exterior surfaces including walkways, curbs, and paving.
