Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Marlboro, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project consists of alterations/full renovations to the Town of Marlborough Community/Rec Center at 1520 Route 9W, Milton, NY 12547. This project is subject to General Municipal Law, 101-WICKS LAW. Prime bids are sought for: Plumbing ONLY. Note: Prime Bids for General Construction, Electrical and HVAC have already been obtained. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that Bids are received in time, no late Bids will be received, regardless of reason. Bids must be made utilizing the stated proposal forms, in the manner designated therein and as required by the Specifications and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: Marlborough Town Clerk, clearly marked on the outside: "Bid for Town of Marlborough Community/Rec Center Phase 2: Alterations" and designating the trade. This Bid may be subject to Apprenticeship training requirements in accordance with Town of Marlborough Code 38-2. See the Instruction to Bidders for further details regarding all requirements of this Bid. This Bid is not subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid.
