Site work and renovation of a civil project in Marlboro, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all materials and labor as follows: an "E.A. Aerator" package activated sludge and clarifier system, a cast-in-place entrance channel with channel monster, slide gates, parshall flume, and ultrasonic flow transmitter, a cast-in-place influent splitter box with slide gates, a precast sludge holding tank with ultrasonic level transmitter, replacement of existing motor control center in control building, piping, manholes and appurtenances as required; furnishing and installing topsoil, seed, and mulch; and site restoration including all incidentals. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percentum (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond subject to the conditions of this contract. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid as set forth in the Bid Form. These Bonds shall be in compliance with the Specifications. The Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept any bid,or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the Town of Marlborough may appear to require. It is anticipated the this project will be awarded in December, 2024, but start of construction (Notice to Proceed) will likely not be issued until April 1, 2025. Every request forsuch interpretation should be in writing and addressed to Brinnier and Larios, P.C., 67 Maiden Lane, Kingston, NY 12401 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
