Marlboro Free Library -Addition and Interior Renovations Contract No. 3 - Mechanical Minor +/-750sf addition and renovations to existing +/-7600sf facility The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is cause for rejection. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after submission.
