“The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Summary Intent: Pryor Public School District intends to award a contract for Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services for a qualified CM-AR consulting firm to participate in design and construction of the Phase 3 elementary school addition in Pryor, Montana. The selected firm will assist and coordinate with the Owner and JGA Architects, PC, in development and finalization of Design. Services include value engineering, cost estimating, and recommendations on materials, construction types and methods. Selected firm will also make recommendations and be responsible for sequencing and scheduling the construction phase. Anticipated completion date of the project is August 2022. CM-AR will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and performance and payment bond for the entire project.
