Whitehaven Stadium Improvements Once the Bid has been published, all communication regarding this project must be directed to Procurement Services. The improvement of Whitehaven Stadium scope of work includes, but not limited to upgrades and modifications to the existing facility to make the stadium complex meet current TSSAA criteria and provide a safe, ADA compliant environment for athletes and spectators. The basis of construction will include structural repairs and improvements to both visitor and home bleachers as well as new field houses with public restrooms, concessions, ticket booths, track & field storage, and locker rooms BACKGROUND Shelby County Schools(SCS) is Tennessee'slargest public-school district and is among the 25 largest publicschool districts in the United States.
