As of September 1, 2022. Project has been awarded to Bracy Construction Guy M. Cooper Inc. Universal Industrial Services Wind Gap Electric, Inc The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority will accept sealed bids for the HANGAR 7 FBO RENOVATIONS project at Lehigh Valley International Airport. The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority, (in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1974, 7B Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000D to 2000D-4 and Title 49, Code of the Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary , Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federal assisted program for the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act) notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/25/2022 4:00 PM The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, re-advertise or award the contract in a manner determined solely by the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority to be in its best interest. All sealed bids shall remain valid for a minimum of 120 days.
