Site work for a mixed-use development in Melrose, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.
The project location is in the vicinity of the intersection of Lebanon Street and Sylvan Street in Melrose, Massachusetts, including work within the City-owned Wyoming Cemetery. The proposed project will address historic flooding which occurs during both large and small rain events at and around the intersection of Lebanon and Sylvan Streets in Melrose. The goal of this mitigation project is to alleviate flooding in this area by providing a fully functioning downstream drainage system. This project must be designed in conformance with FEMA requirements to support future grant funding acquisition. Formal correspondence including questions and requests for interpretation shall be sent electronically via email no later than 7/20/22 @ 5:00 P.M. to Jennifer Rosa, JRosa@CityofMelrose.org. Questions and/or requests for interpretation received after this date and time will not be honored. Verbal interpretations of this RFQ are not valid. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
