Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
All new, and reconstructive concrete work related to the foundation elements of the approximate 120,000 sf vehicle building portion of the project. Demolition and repairs of existing concrete piers and walls, as well as construction of new spread footings. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Questions on this project may be raised and discussed at the time of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
