The engineers estimate is in the range of $500,000 to $700,000. The Work will include the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the replacement of gravity sanitary sewer lines by open-cut, trenchless pipe bursting method and sliplining
method. The total length of pipe is approximately 1,878 lineal feet of main line sewer pipe, as well as the replacement of the private sewer laterals from the main line up to and including the property line for each
residence for this area in public streets and up to the District s easements in private properties in El Granada, in unincorporated San Mateo County. The scope of work also includes replacement of manholes. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code Section 3300, the Owner has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A License indicated in ArticleB8.01-License Requirements , at the time that the contract is awarded. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
