Site work and new construction of a civil project in Front Royal, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 12, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work includes installation of approximately 26,000 linear feet of new 12-inch water main, approximately 1,000 linear feet of 24-inch and larger steel casing pipe via jack and bore, approximately 555 linear feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe via microtunneling, construction of a 2.12 MGD water pump station, and associated appurtenances in Front Royal, Virginia. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda electronically. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
