Here’s a spotlight on two of them. Aventura-based Agador Spartacus Development has plans for a Class A community in Pasco County. Magnolia at Spring Hill will offer 162 residences, which, according to Multi-Housing News, will be “a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes, averaging 1,144 square feet, and two-bedroom apartment units separately.” Communal amenities will comprise pickleball and tennis courts, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a host of other on-site offerings. Our sources indicate that the acquisition of a $32 million construction loan will help make Magnolia at Spring Hill possible.
