The Services of a Qualified and Experienced Industrial Cleaning Contractor to Provide Cleaning and Removal of Calcium Bicarbonate Build-up From the Upflow Clarifier Tanks Located at the T.b. Williams and C. Wayne Combee Water Treatment Plants. the Bids Submitted and the Purchase Order, if Placed, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Invitation to Bid, the City of Lakeland Specification No. C.o.l.-asopl-22 and All Codes, Requirements and Regulations Referenced Therein. Note: The Term of the Contract shall begin with the issuance of a purchase order through September 30, 2023 with an option for Five (5), One (1) Year Renewals upon mutual consent. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid number.
