Renovation of a power facility in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The City of Lakeland is Seeking Bids From Qualified General Contractors for Curtainwall Wet Seal and Perimeter Sealant Replacement, and Isolated Coating Repair at the Following Work Site: 501 E. Lemon St., Lakeland, Fl. The Project Consists of: (1) Remove and Replace All Existing Flexible Sealants at Curtainwall System and at Perimeter Wall Transitions; (2) Repairing Isolated Concrete Coating Delamination at Curtainwall Eyelid and Replacing Perimeter Sealants; and (3) Cleaning and Applying a Water Repellent to the Aggregate and Coquina Shell Panels. The Bids Submitted and the Purchase Order Contract, if Awarded, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Invitation to Bid, Drawings and Specifications Attached, All Codes, Requirements and Regulations Referenced Therein.
