Alexandria Technical College is requesting sealed bids for the following: Price to construct road to 1st Year Carpentry house building lab per Plan sheet 1 and 2 from Landteam dated May 19, 2022 PRICED WITH All Material & Labor To complete INCLUDES: Removal or supply of fill if required Grading permit (plans have been submitted to City) Prevailing wages EXCLUDES: Irrigation or watering Normal working hours will be M-F 7-4:30 excluding holidays. Work to be substantially complete by August 22, 2022. Provide alternate price for delayed installation if unable to meet schedule. Certificate of insurance meeting MNSCU minimum insurance requirements. Minimum insurance requirements for the State of Minnesota are $2,000,000 annual aggregate and $2,000,000 each occurrence for commercial general liability, $2,000,000 business automobile liability, and $100,000 to $500,000 workers compensation required with this quote.
