Services will include programming through construction administration for the renovation of the existing plaza. Scope will also include improvements of the surrounding right-of-way spaces and County property along 1st Ave, Madison St, 3rd Ave, and Jefferson St. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. The estimated value of $23,500,000 reflects the overall project construction costs.
