As of February 26, 2024, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Q & A deadline: Jul 21, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT Services to be performed may include: Full design services including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and civil disciplines. Services will include programming through construction administration for the renovation of the existing plaza. Scope will also include improvements of the surrounding right-of-way spaces and County property along 1st Ave, Madison St, 3rd Ave, and Jefferson St. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. The estimated value of $23,500,000 reflects the overall project construction costs.
