Renovation of a water / sewer project in Durand, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Renovations to the existing wastewater treatment facility which include refurbishment of the existing clarifiers, installation of a standby generator, and HVAC modifications to the existing chlorine gas storage room. Alternates include new aerators and associated appurtenances. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1 LSUM 500 KW Diesel Generator and ATS 1 LSUM HVAC Upgrades 1 LSUM Clarifier Refurbishment 1 LSUM Aluminum Railings/Gratings 1 LSUM FRP Trough Replacement 1 LSUM Blower Replacement - Alternate Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. American Iron and Steel Contract Language and Required Standard Contract Language: Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water Revolving Fund are required for this project. City of Durand, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
