Name of Project: Applewood Estates Pump Stations Improvements Owner/Project Sponsor: Town of New Hartford Project Description: The project is located at 2 existing sewage pump stations in the Town of New Hartford, on Matthew Drive, and Heloon Drive in the Applewood Estates residential development, and consists of the removal and replacement of 2 duplex submersible sewage pumps, pump controls, lifting rails, and level controls within the 2 existing, 14-foot deep underground pump stations (6 feet and 7 feet in diameter). The project also includes 2 new exterior pump control and electrical panel pedestals with roof, 2 new diesel GenSets with automatic transfer switches, and rehabilitation/replacement of existing valve pits. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $350,000.
