Supply and install components for the Uninterrupted Power Source systems at the Senate of Canada Building The Uninterrupted Power Source systems (UPS) provide power for Senate and committee seating broadcasts and meetings. Several components of the UPS systems are reaching their end of life cycle and require replacement to maintain the operational needs of the client. Work is to be completed within 6 Weeks after contract award. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: 1. The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). 2. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A. ENQUIRIES: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority: Keshav Sobnath, by email at keshav.sobnath@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than three (3) business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
