Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Edward, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The intent of this TENDER is to secure a qualified contractor with experience in restoring heritage sites to undertake the supply and construction of the Shire Hall Renovation Project, complete with the infrastructure and service connections, testing and commissioning for The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, in accordance with the terms, conditions, terms of reference, and drawings attachments of this TENDER. The MUNICIPALITY may or may not enter into a CONTRACT as a result of the issuance of this tender. All bidders must register with Matthew Nestorovski, Purchasing Coordinator by email at purchasing@pecounty.on.ca or by fax 613-476-7622 or they will be rejected. award is subject to final approval.
