Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Edward, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
The County of Prince Edward owns and maintains a number of heritage buildings including the Crystal Palace. This building is a two-story structure topped with a cupola and has many unique design features that must not be removed or changed as it is a designated a heritage facility. This is phase two of a three phase restoration project. The County of Prince Edward seeking proposals from a qualified vendor for the repair and replacement of all windows at the Crystal and Fruit Growers Building, address wood rot and paint the exterior including doors. Replace accessible ramp with decking along with design to meet AODA compliance. All bidders must register with Matthew Nestorovski, Procurement Coordinator by e-mail purchasing@pecounty.on.ca or by fax 613-476-7622 or they will be rejected.
