On-site improvements include faculty and visitor parking areas, drop-off areas for buses and automobiles, covered walkways, storm water drainage, detention pond, sanitary sewer infrastructure, and all associated utilities. Additional amenities include multiple aluminum walkway canopies, an 1/8 mile concrete running track, multiple concrete parking lot areas, hard tops, open grass playing areas, and includes utilities for up to eight (8) future portables on site.
