Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Contactor to furnish materials, labor, tools and equipment for the construction of Shaw Road Lift Station including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well and valve vault, wet well lining, excavation backfill and disposal, submersible pumps, piping, coatings, reinforced concrete paving, wood fence and gate, precast concrete manhole, sanitary sewer influent, water line, culvert, storm sewer, inlet, swales, site grading and drainage, groundwater control system, stormwater pollution control, trench safety system, electrical, controls, and appurtenances. Complete in place. Contractor to furnish materials, labor, tools and equipment for the construction of 4-inch forcemain including bends and fittings; Pipe bursting existing 12-inch sanitary sewer and replacing with 15-inch sanitary sewer; Pipe bursting 8-inch sanitary sewer and replacing with 10-inch sanitary sewer. Complete in Place. Contractor to furnish materials, labor, tools, and equipment for the improvement of Lift Station No. 11 (Oakcrest Lift Station) including but not limited to replacement of three (3) impellers and three (3) casing wear rings. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project.
