ELIGIBILITY Only bids from contractors and suppliers, in addition to those having an establishment in Quebec and who hold a license from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City of Sainte-Thérèse.
