Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Hamilton, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
All bids are to be delivered to the offices of the Construction Manager: Quality Construction Company, Attention Eric Reiber, 2800 Reserve Street, Missoula, MT 59801 or PO Box 4746, Missoula, MT 59806. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions included in the project manual. The Construction Manager and the Owner reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities or informalities, as well as to determine what constitutes irregularities or informalities, as is deemed to be in the best interests of the City of Hamilton and the Project. Bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid date. The project is being funded in part through the CDBG (Community Development Block Grant). All bidders must be familiar with and comply with the CDBG Grant Administration Contracting Requirements included in the project manual. All contractors and subcontractors doing work on this project must be properly registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. Information pertaining to this requirement and registration forms may be obtained from the Department of Labor and Industry at PO Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, MT 59604-8011, or by calling 1-800- 556-6694.
