Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Hamilton, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

Sealed bids will be received by Sapphire Community Health Center (SCHC), 316 N 3rd St, Hamilton, MT 59840 on or before Thursday September 14, 2023, at 10am for the property demolition, clean up and site restoration at 1531 N 1st St, 1535 N 1st St, 1593 N 1st St, 150 Standford Dr, and 180 Stanford Dr, Hamilton MT 59840. Bids will be privately read at this time and the award announced by Thursday September 21, 2023, by noon. Work to be done includes demolition of 5 existing houses and associated outbuildings, asbestos abatement, utility demolition, vehicle and general debris removal, and site restoration on a site with protected wetland area. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond by a recognized surety, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price. At the sole discretion of SCHC, SCHC reserves the right to allow a bidder to reclaim submitted documents provided the documents requested are retrieved no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in the amount of 100% of the bid price and satisfactory insurance coverage. After the time of opening, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. SCHC reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make the award in any manner SCHC believes to be in its best interest.
