Napa County is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQs) from companies to provide testing, inspection, and geotechnical support for various road and building related projects. Companies can submit qualifications for one or both of these categories of work by indicating their intention on the Statement of Qualifications. These projects may be funded by local, state, or federal funds. These selection procedures specifically prohibit practices which might result in unlawful activity, including but not limited to rebates, kickbacks, or other unlawful consideration, and shall specifically prohibit government agency employees from participating in the selection process when those employees have a relationship with a person or business entity seeking a professional services contract, which would subject those employees to the prohibition of Government Code Section 87100.
