Cascade Well No. 6 Drywell QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 2 EA, 30 Foot Deep Drywell The project is to be completed within 45 calendar days Contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall. This Project is for a public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This project is a Federal Aid project and subject to prevailing wage rate requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). Each workers in each trade or occupation that the contractor, subcontractor, or other person who is a party to the contract uses in performing all or part of the contract, must be paid not less than the higher of the applicable state or federal prevailing rate of wage. The applicable state or federal prevailing wage rate for this project shall be the most current wage rates published before the date of bid opening.
