File No. 1892-016-00 The character of the work is stormwater culvert pipe replacement. Late bids will be retained unopened. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 1 LS, Temporary Stream Flow Management 80 LF, 24" Concrete Pipe Culvert The Project Manager for this project is Robert Stahle, Engineering Technician Senior, Stormwater Division, Department of Environmental Services 503-618-2621, Robert.Stahle@greshamoregon.gov. The apparent low bidder will be required to have a copy of the applicable edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for SE 23rd COURT CULVERT REPLACEMENT" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
