Mt Hood Community College Department of Facilities Management is seeking a Contractor(s) to perform electrical services, low voltage services, and emergency services for the facilities and installation of new electrical services may be required at all MHCC facilities as requested by the Department of Facilities Management. The intent is to select 3 (three) firms to provide the services described herein. A primary contractor to be called out first all the times, a secondary in case the primary is not available and a tertiary in case the primary and secondary are unavailable. This contract, unless otherwise interrupted or canceled, shall be valid for a period of five (5) years. At the sole discretion of the College, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive one year periods.
