The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 Each worker in each trade or occupation that the contractor, subcontractor, or other person who is a party to the contract uses in performing all or part of the contract, must be paid not less than the higher of the applicable state or federal prevailing rate of wage.
