Site work for a water / sewer project in Gresham, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will increase the capacity of the system in problem areas and reduce the amount of inflow entering the system. This sewer line is located in a low lying area within the Gresham Golf Course. The construction of the project is time sensitive because of the impact on the golf course and the creek in the area. This phase will replace the pipe in the golf course. SDC project #2. This project is in included in the City of Gresham Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of September 5, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
