“The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services for the design of a municipal groundwater production well at the Cascade Well No. 10 site to be located near the southeast corner of North Gresham Elementary School, 1005 SE 217th Ave, Gresham, OR based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. The Request for Proposal can also be found on the City's website on the "View current bids and RFPs" link under "Bids and RFP opportunities." The City of Gresham's programs, services, employment opportunities, and volunteer positions and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, handicap, or political affiliation.
