Remodeling of an educational facility in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Mt. Hood Community College ("MHCC") seeks responses from qualified bidders to provide remodel improvements to the Dental Hygiene Clinic for ADA, Accreditation, and support of new dental equipment that has been procured by the owner. The Project consists of (but not limited to) modifications of the existing Dental Hygiene Instructional Clinic at MHCC. Project space includes 8381 SF of space to be reconfigured to allow for ADA accessibility, appropriate spacing, and installation of owner procured 20 dental stations and cabinetry, improvements to labs. While most of the work is interior, project does include removing one exterior door and installing storefront windows, and moving an exterior door to a new location. Interior work to include lighting, ceiling, flooring, electrical, and plumbing.
