The character of the work is removing and replacing existing stormwater inlets and pipe runs, and performing point repairs on defective pipe sections. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 341 LF REMOVE AND REPLACE 12" STORM PIPE 227 LF REMOVE AND REPLACE 8" STORM PIPE 18 EA REMOVE AND REPLACE CATCH BASIN The Project Manager for this project is Chris Chambers, Engineering Technician Senior, Stormwater Division, Department of Environmental Services, 503-618-2389, Chris.Chambers@GreshamOregon.gov. The project completion date is MAY 31, 2023. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for LRR: STORMWATER REPAIRS, PH.6" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
