Project documents will only be issued to firms who sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). James W. Fowler Co. (JWF, Contractor) is requesting subcontract pricing for all costs associated with cast-in-place CARV and Access Vaults as a Limited Competition second-tier subcontractor under Bull Run Conveyance Partners on package S-03 Clearwell Finish Water Trenchless on the Portland Water Bureaus (PWB) Bull Run Filtration Pipelines Project (Gresham, OR). This scope includes open excavation installation of 66 pipeline from AFWP STA 96+17.11 to STA 97+56.77, open excavation and installation of 66 pipeline from LFWP 5+20.03 to STA 5+91.58, open excavation and installation of 24 pipeline for PHWD connection to the 66 pipeline, all interconnections between these pipelines (including insulated flange/flange connection at STA 97+56.77), flange/flange connections with tandem harness couplings at the connection to the Clearwell Facility, furnish and install HMPWE #2 AWG stranded copper wire encased in 1.5 schedule 80 PVC with exothermic weld to 66 WSP, and backfilling of all excavations associated with these installations. Installation of ARV/Access Vaults will be by others and scheduling of backfilling will be coordinated between these scopes.
