REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 23-23 PRSMPThe City of Gresham, Oregon is requesting proposals from experienced, professional consultants for a comprehensive update to the City's Parks & Recreation, Trails and Natural Areas Master Plan. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. This RFP contains the necessary information to understand the desired qualifications, the consultant selection process, and the required documentation in submitting a proposal. Proposals that do not follow the submittal requirements will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure the proposal is received before the deadline. Late proposals will be retained but not considered for award. Please follow the submittal instructions in the RFP document.
