Contract A - Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements This project includes the construction of an equalization tank, installation of a ferric chloride day tank and piping, replacement of a polymer mixer, effluent launder covers, leveling equipment, lift station rehabilitation, pavement replacement, and various appurtenances. Contract B - Forcemain & Gravity Sewer Replacement This project includes 8" and 10" forcemain replacement, 8" sewer siphon replacement, 8" and 10" gravity sewer replacement and various appurtenances. Contract C - Sewer Lining This project includes 8", 15", 16", and 18" cast in place piping lining, manhole casting replacements, manhole lining, and various appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to the OWNER or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Bond forms are included in the Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
