Site work for a mixed-use development in North Bonneville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the following work: This Contract provides for the replacement of the basketball court at North Bonneville Park. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing court surface, removal of existing concrete edge, removal of existing stormwater pipe, removal of existing catch basins, removal of existing basketball hoops, placement and compaction of crushed surfacing base coarse, construction of reinforced concrete court, placement of court surfacing, and striping. Other construction activities include installation of basketball hoops, erosion control, grading, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications.
