Site work for a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide sanitary sewer lining and rehabilitation services through the Town. Work includes installation of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), sewer lateral reinstatement with lined connection, flow bypass, maintenance of traffic, and all incidentals related thereto. SCOPE OF WORK The Town of Leesburg, Virginia ("Town") is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide sanitary sewer lining and rehabilitation services through the Town. The awarded bidder, also referred to herein as "Contractor", shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP), sewer lateral reinstatement with lined connection, flow bypass, maintenance of traffic, and all incidentals related thereto to complete all of the sanitary sewer lining and rehabilitation work as assigned. Installations of sewer cleanouts are not included in the scope of work. Cleanouts are preexisting and were installed via cut-in execution. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work
