Site work for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work included under this contract consists of all electrical construction work depicted and defined on the contract drawings and as specified in these contract specifications. Main items of work consist of but are not limited to the following: Install concrete slabs for new transformers and distribution panels, install electrical transformer and distribution panel, install precast concrete manhole, install electrical duct banks, install electric cables and utility pedestals on the piers, replace Pier 4, 1, and C utility pedestals and install ice suppression systems as per contract drawings and specifications. Submit questions regarding the technical specifications and/or the drawings to Mark Bodmann, PE at mbodmann@ccjm.com or at 717.730.4160. All other questions shall be directed to the Construction Management Section at RA-NRFDC_CONTRACTING@pa.gov The Goals for this Contract are set forth below: SDB VBE 12% 3% Bid results - Base Bid 1 PENN-OHIO ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS $1,948,000.00 Base Bid 2 Zenith Systems, LLC - $787,000.00
