Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project is subject to coverage under the PA Prevailing Wage Act (PWA) and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie's MBE and WBE Policy. Bid # 1792-22 will be financed through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funds. This project is subject to the requirements of RACP guidelines and will be reviewed throughout the project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on the date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the Project and submit a final invoice, including retainage, by the Default Date of December 23, 2022
