Remove existing cabinet wall sleeve and exterior grille. Install new cabinet wall sleeve, exterior grille and self-contained PTAC unit Model # EZISA2EDF6SI0AA as Manufactured by IslandAire. Plug new unit into outlet and verify proper unit operation. Caulk grille on exterior of the building to make watertight. Contractor to provide (2) PTAC units as spare of both different kinds of plug. Materials 67 Model # EZ15A2EDF6S10AA as Manufactured by IslandAire or approved equal. Installation : Shall be class A workmanship. Measurement Contractor responsible for field measurements to ensure accurate measurement and | quantity of materials. Permits Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits and inspections required and comply with all local, state, and federal code requirements at no additional cost to owner. Warranty The warranty to be a one-year warranty. Clean-Up : Contractor is responsible for cleaning and disposing of debris daily. Contractor responsible for any damage to Authority or resident property due to accident or negligence.
