The work includes, but not limited to, the design for the HVAC replacement and office area renovation for Building 922 (B922), located on Luke AFB, Arizona. The Architect-Engineer (A-E) has provided services that are required to include project site investigation, complete detailed designs for renovation, replacement, alteration, and new infrastructure to support the improvements to B922. The existing office space is to be renovated to minimize contamination of paint particles to the office and eating areas. The existing roof is also experiencing leaks during rain events and this project includes appropriate repairs. Work includes the renovation of the central office area, including application of wall finishes and flooring, installation of branch wiring for outlets and lighting, installations of doors, ductwork, modifications/replacement of current HVAC systems as required, electrical systems and controls, along with modifications to the restrooms. Additional work is to include the repair of the existing roof system to rectify existing leaks, modifying the existing fire protection system, and replacement of plenum doors at the paint booth areas and incidental related work.
