Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in LrAFB, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

This is a Design-Built Project In its current state, the Dining Facility (DFAC, Building 834) has high electricity demand. All cooking equipment is electrically powered. This project will modify the electrical system to segment the loading, reduce electricity load by extending natural gas service to high demand areas, and replace specific HVAC equipment to increase vent hood system efficacy. But not limited to please review the SOW for a complete description of the project. Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $5M Prevailing Wages Apply. Calendar Duration: 300 Calendar Days Questions and Answers: All questions must be submitted in writing by 1:00 pm CDT, 20 June 2022. All questions and answers will be distributed to all MACC contractors so all offerors are treated fairly.
