Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in LrAFB, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,952-square-foot military facility.
Description Phase 1 A Section Carpet & Wall Resurfacing Renovation, 19TH MEDICAL GROUP, BLDG 1090, Little Rock AFB, AR; Remove/Replace Cooling Tower #1 & #2, 19TH MEDICAL GROUP, BLDG 1090 Little Rock AFB, AR SITE SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK: Flooring-Carpet will be replaced with LVT (luxury vinyl tile). Base molding and walls will have wallpaper removed and areas patched allowing paint to be applied in all listed rooms. There is a total of 4,952 sq ft, in 24 rooms and 3 corridors. Cooling Towers- The average life expectancy of cooling tower is 15 years. Cooling Tower #1 has an install date of 12/06/06 (16 years) and Cooling Tower #2 was installed in 3/19/95 (27 years). Intent is to replace galvanized with stainless steel. Facility cannot operate the chillers efficiently without the towers operating at full capacity. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: TBD Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 90 calendar days
