Question Deadline 07/14/2022 at 11:00 AM ET This contract is for cleaning personal support which will include: 1.Offices 2.Bathrooms 3.Shower rooms 4.Locker rooms 5.Hallways and stairwells 6.Elevators 7.Entrances 8.Pool Deck 9.Gymnasiums 10Classrooms 11.Labs 12.Other spaces as needed Tasks as follows: 1.Waste and Recycle Removal 2.Dust/wet mopping 3.Vacuuming 4.Dusting 5.Sweeping 6.Other tasks as needed 1. West Chester University will supply all necessary equipment, supplies, and PPE. 2. All cleaning is done from the floor up to an 8-foot height. 3. Contracted Personnel must be in a uniform shirt Identifying them with vendor name or logo. 4. We are seeking 3-15 custodial staff to help support the custodial department cleaning efforts, schedule below: Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am (7.5 hours billed time) Monday-Friday 10:30pm-6:30am (7.5 hours billed time) Starting Fall, 2022 through June 30, 2023 University Holidays and University closures are to be excluded from billing. This contract is anticipated to be 52 weeks. 5. Contractor must have the flexibility to supply staffing in the range of 3-15 staff at any given time throughout this contract. 6.
